constant disconnects and poor speeds

Hi, 

Getting really poor speeds and disconnects [ 6 times so far today ] Recently upgraded to 350mb even had a engineer come to fix which lasted a like 2 days. any help with this would be great. also attaching a picture of most of my speeds tests as you'll there pretty poor for the most part.

Are your disconnects only occurring on wifi or do ethernet cable connected devices also disconnect at the same time? Can you check over wire if you havent?

OK - Try this then. 

Check all your coax connections are in nice and "finger" tight at the Hub and wall box and at any splitters/attenuators/etc and that the internal wiring is ok with no kinking or chaffing (rabbit chews!).  Also check that all looks good with the outside cabling and wall box.  If that’s all good post up your Hub/network connection details and someone will check to see if there is a problem there.  Go to http://192.168.0.1  (or http://192.168.100.1  - if in modem mode) in your browser [there is no need to login] and then click on the  “router status” text at bottom middle of first page up and then copy/paste 3 sets of data onto here - the downstream, upstream , &  network logs.  Don't worry about the formatting it can be easily read, but try to avoid using screen shots & don’t include personal data or mac addresses - blank them out.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've still been experiencing intermittent connection. I'll certainly look into this for you.

I’ve run some checks on your hub and everything looks healthy at the moment. I can’t see any tickets open for any issues in your area either. Are you still experiencing these drop outs and slow speeds?

Hi, normally get like 8-40mb through the week at peak times naturally, and disconnects mainly happen at the weekends with really low speeds whens its on. like last Saturday i had 11 dc's between 1pm - 10pm they last about 15 mins then comes back on also had one for about an hour then was top speeds from 10 on wards. will also post speed test results later if i get any low speeds through the night as an idea of what happens.
