connection keeps dropping

given my recent issues after 8 years I'm on the verge of leaving now. why over the past 2 weeks does my connection keep dropping, it doesn't disconnect, there are no lights on the router except white, there are no issues on test .

is there a problem with my account ? am I being barred or something? I've paid £118 this week after struggling to get it all I'm getting are issues

I'm sick of being ripped off for a shady service, I'm paying £54 for basic TV and basic broadband after paying £120 a month on VIP bundle, please can someone look at my account and see if there are any bars. I've nearly paid off my bill and I'm free to leave on Monday - I'm on the verge of leaving and as there is no live chat anymore this is my last try for support.

Dont know about any previous issues.... but you dont say whether you are being disconnected just on wifi connected devices or whether ethernet connections drop at the same time?

Hi , I'm on PS4 connected by Ethernet cable but half way through a game it freezes, I get a loading wheel and then it disconnects. I get a message saying frequent delays or loss in service,  contact your ISP

What other devices have you got that can connect either by ethernet or wifi?
Do these suffer disconnects or other problems at the same time?
You will need a pc/laptop/phone to be able to do some troubleshooting on the connection
