another gig upgrade slower the previous connection

Hi

I have just upgraded (10/01/22) to the 1 gig and I have managed to get the Sam knows speed test to work and it doesn't seem like I'm getting the speed to the hub.

I'm basically getting the same as before the upgrade.

Thanks for confirming your details via private message @spacecadetuk.

I have looked into your account this morning and can see that it wasn't fully updated as it should have been and I apologise for that not happening but it has been done now, which means your speeds should be up to 1 gig from this morning.

Please can you let me know if this is correct on your side and working to that speed now?
