Zero - 1mb Upload speed

This is the 3rd time in 6 weeks that I have had an issue with upload speed between zero-1mb, the other 2 occasions were quickly fixed by Virgin but not this time , on Tuesday i spoke to customer support who told me to pinhole reset as they had sent a new signal but did not work as issue remains , lost count how many reboots , re-seated cables etc.. its that bad with only my mobile connected in my home that the VM connect app cannot find or connect to my hub even when standing next to it

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Once done we can comment.
