Youtube/Facebook slow to load (router IP issue?)

I've been having an issue for the last few days where videos on youtube are very slow to load initially (5 - 30 seconds) but run fine once loaded, and images on facebook/instagram won't load at all.

I've done all the usual rebooting of my router / clearing cache's on my browser and nothing seems to work.

This site seems to site google think my IP address is in Italy:

I don't have any issues when using a VPN, or using my mobile network to tether.
