Wifi

Trying to sort out my broadband connection whilst watching films in Netflix and I have problems understanding people at the other end of the phone and then they cut me off!!  When they promise to ring me back they don’t. And I have just upgraded to 100mb and the download showed is still only 51 and upload 3. It really is pathetic. Surely this is a case for trading standards. As it is false misrepresentation

Re: Wifi

If you are using WiFi NO ISP will guarantee the speed. If you also have the problem with Ethernet connected phone customer services and report the problem.

There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal

Re: Wifi

I would check the operation configuration page in the Hub's GUI first, just to check you are on the right package.

Re: Wifi

Hi Clkg

I've run some checks on your hub and everything looks good from our end.

What device are you using to watch Netflix on?

Is it connected via wired or wireless?
