Widespread speed issues? Any comment from Virgin Media?
Like many other people on the forum (and my neighbours!) I have been experiencing significantly reduced internet download speeds over recent day. I have 30Mbps at best (this tested across multiple devices) when it should be at least 200Mbps.
Given the number of people reporting this issue it seems this is a widespread problem although I have not seen Virgin publicly acknowledge this. Is anyone from Virgin available who can make a comment on this issue and give an estimate of when it will be resolved?
