Re: WiFi problems again

Oh great . Why not use my thread to offer someone else and forget me and my problems .

WiFi extenders by the way are useless, Virgin told me to buy the recommended virgin PW extender which offer nothing .

I just rebooted my box. Now my devices find it but fail to connect " obtaining IP " but wired devices connect after several attempts.

No internet, try unplug and wait 10 seconds for the miracle to happen!

Re: WiFi problems again

Hi Davef1uk,

Apologies If you're still experiencing the same issue with your internet connection.

We appreciate you managed to do everything to improve the performance of your connection.

We will need to do diagnostics on the equipment and do some test, so we can figure out what seems to be the problem on your internet. We can to this via online chat.

Kind Regards,

Trisha_G

Re: WiFi problems again

New router .New cables.  Equipment has been tested that many times it's getting silly now.  All techs who have been said it's network issues or open connections .

I think if it's not network as it's not effecting everyone, it's has to be someone near me with open connections that is giving the issues.

Re: WiFi problems again

Stats look fine.
Your original post in October said... "Ethernet seems okay, but WiFi isn't ." is that still the case?
If so, just sort it once and for all by getting your own wireless router or router + wireless access point - will be the best ~£100 you ever spend on reducing your stress and blood pressure levels.

Re: WiFi problems again

I game so I get latency issues.  Fire my gun and usual 2 second delay .  So no, ethernet is not right .
