Re: Where's our Speed boost?

Log into the Hub settings ad look in the "configuration settings" page. The upstream and downstream "maximum traffic rate" boxes will show you if the upgrade has been applied.
if you are not sure - post the data here.

Re: Where's our Speed boost?

Are you on about the internet delivered by the superhub? or your mobile phone? a SIM is only used in a mobile phone!

Re: Where's our Speed boost?

Hi grob2011,

Thanks for your post,

Can you clarify what you mean by this please? Do you mean you have one of the boosted bundles which includes a SIM card?

I'm sorry for any confusion but a SIM card wouldn't increase your broadband speeds.

If you're subscribed to 50Mbs and that's what you're getting, then your connection sounds great Smiley Happy

Kind regards,

Alex_Rm

I guess the OP is talking about the "Added Ooomph" packages which take your M50 speed to M100 along with a phone SIM. The OP should now be getting 100Mbps, but is still only getting 50Mbps

Re: Where's our Speed boost?

Hi grob2011,

We're going to need to take a closer look at this for you.

I am going to send you a PM so we can discuss it in more detail.

Thanks,

Tom_S
