I signed up for the volt upgrade as I am a virgin media broadband and TV customer and an O2 mobile user, I have had the increase in mobile data on O2 but not the increase in broadband as I had m200 before and it still says that is what I had.

I’m in the same boat.
just been told by virgin that you have to be on a supercharge volt tariff to be eligible which is nowhere in the advertising. Of course moving to one of those tariffs is more money.
what a scam.

I was on the M200 speed but have just upgraded to M350 but now in the advert does it mention about signing up to the supercharged tarriff
