Hi,
I was previously unable to utilise my volt benefit with Virgin and o2 in January as I was on the maximum speed at my postcode.
Faster speeds are now available at my property so how do I get my volt benefit applied now?
When I speak to the service advisors on the phone they all try and make me sign up to a new contract!!!

If the speed is eligible at your property then it shouldn't be a problem at all. Just to confirm, have you been able to have this amended since your post?
