If I log into my account I can see I now have the 350mb Broadband previously 200mb after Volt has been applied but the router hasn’t changed config. I tried a reboot last night and this still hasn’t applied. I understand there is a 14 day wait but assumed once the change was live on my account the router would get the new config?
