Hi.
I signed up for the volt upgrade via My O2, I'm a O2 customer as well as virgin broadband only customer.
I apparently will get a speed upgrade (currently on 100), I got my O2 upgrade within days but heard nothing and seen nothing from VM? is there something I must do?

I'm in the same boat.
My O2 benefits have been confirmed, but my VM speed is still at the same (200). When will this be upgraded to the next door speed level?

Welcome back to our community forum and our new Volt deal.
I can understand your concern and want to best help. If you've already requested your Volt benefits by speaking with someone or via the My 02 app, this will be added within 14 days. Your name/address will need to match on both your O2 and Virgin Media accounts, and Virgin broadband should have been active for more than 14 days.
