To be clear yeah it's a project lightning area FTTP the fibre comes right up to the house.   He said it was booked in. But I can't see any appointments anywhere. He left me a sheet which was signednfor the work done. He wrote on it '-9 light @ omni' and 'reblow required, to be carried out later today'.  He spent an hour changing things at the cabinet to no avail.

Some Engineers finally came out and put a new Fibre cable down to my house.  I must admit very severe frustration though, as even though an actual Engineer came out on Saturday and found a -9 light issue on the Fibre, saying it absolutely required a reblow of new fibre, I've had to chase shadows to actually get this done.  I hate the fact that it took me to tell them I would Cancel (as connection was only 6 days old and inside the 14 days) until they actually did it. Which they then did within 2 hours of the chat.

Could someone look over the power levels I now have please?  I want to make sure all is good before I close the issue with VM for good.  My upload speed is normal now. But since an Engineer came out on Saturday and played with the settings/changing things etc. I wan't to make sure I'm all set now.  They are very different to before.. for both Down and Up.

Not sure if makes a difference to what the power levels are etc.. but the actual Fibre length is exactly 20 foot. So it is quite short.
