We upgraded on Wednesday to Vivid 350, great download speed on day 1, shocking ever since! Struggling to even download a photo on Instagram! Very disappointed and cross with advertised promises! Not the slightest bit technical so any help in words of 1 syllable would be most grateful.
Are you having the same issue on ethernet cable connected devices as wifi ones ? Check all your coax connections are in nice and "finger" tight at the Hub and wall box and at any splitters/attenuators/etc and that the internal wiring is ok with no kinking or chaffing (rabbit chews!). Also check that all looks good with the outside cabling and wall box.
