New here, really need a hand, can somebody check out the details below and let me know if something doesn't look right please?
I upgraded to the Player bundle (TV, BB and Phone) with Vivid 350 on Hub 3, from Vivid 200 on the Hub 2ac which gave me speeds of over 200Mbps and now I only get 46Mbps, testing through a wired or wireless connection. My Mac has a Gigabit port so shouldn't be any issues getting the maximum speed. I get that you don't always get max speed due to time of day, how many users etc. but this is a bit ridiculous. Tried calling CS but they haven't helped at all.
That's an improvement but still not great. You're missing 3 channels (there should be 24), there are still a lot of errors and the power is slightly too high on some channels. Hopefully the engineer will sort it out.
