Upgraded my broadband package to Vivid 200 last December so we could stream netflix and amazon tv but it keeps buffering. So Ive been doing some test to check the speed using broadband.co.uk on two occasions ive managed 100+mb... ive tested the equipment and thats ok, some other virgin users in NG21 say there is a problem and should be fixed this month but cant find any info anywhere
Does anybody else have any info or should I just phone in and whinge???
Sorry for the slow speeds you're getting, I appreciate it's disappointing. For us to investigate, we need to know what your hard-wired speeds are, so please perform another speed test while connected via Ethernet and let us know the results. If the correct speed is reaching your property, then we know we have a wireless issue on our hands.
