Virgin internet in BR6

Is it just our road or has Virgin broadband sunk without trace in the past couple of months??? Takes decades to connect - then the internet is lost. Cannot  BELIEVE how slow it is (all times of day: I am a writer/journalist and work from home). Utterly disgusted! My husband says they're all alike but this is out of blinking order. I have ran some tests on your service and everything appears to be running as expected.  

 

Are you using a wired or wireless connection please?
