Very slow unusable broadband upload speed is 0 for over 5 days now

Unable to connect to work from Monday.. and web pages very slow to load sometimes they fail.. download speed ok but upload speed is 0mbps

Is that on an ethernet cable connection or just a wifi one?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I'm sorry to hear you've had some issues with the connection.

 

Can you confirm if this is over a wired or wireless connection as jbrennand has asked?

 

Have you rebooted the hub recently?

both wired and wireless, yes rebooted and reset hub but still have issue
