After checking all the usual on multiple devices, still only getting 30 mbps for the price of 200. Normal scenario, complain and it goes up for a while then drops back again. I don't suppose its news to anyone.
What checks have you done?
Did you check the speed with an ethernet connection to the hub and other devices turned off?

Would you be able to run a speedtest.net via both connections and post the results?
