VIVID 200 Very slow speeds

Hello people,

I'm using this forum as a last resort before changing provider. My broadband has been going very slow for the last month( avg DL is 5/10 Mpbs). I've been on the phone a 1000 times, reset the modem a 1000 times, checked the the powerline a 1000 times. Nothing. They won't send a technician. They said they were gonna call me back after escalating the matter but never did(this was on the 21 february). Had enough of paying for a service which I'm not receiving. I'll leave my stats down below.

A superuser will comment soon, but if you have been rebooting the Hub frequently and those post RS errors are therefore not "historical" - you have a real problem on the connection that will need an engineer to sort out. Can you reset them to zero and see how they build up in the next few hours or day.

You have a dodgy downstream channel which could be causing wired speed issues.

You will need to contact VM to take a closer look, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.

Hello again. About 2 weeks ago the technician came in and found out that an outside cable was damaged and it was causing problems to broadband speed. He booked in a cable change that was supposed to happen on 21/03. Now is the 22/03 and the issue persists. Have they actually changed the cable or what?!
