V.VIP is it live

I called yesterday about upgrading to the new V.VIP package but am told It’s not actually live yet until 6th may. So why would a ISP advertise a new package if it’s not available yet. Has anyone successfully upgraded before the 6th? Just seems the agent was fibbing as it was nearly home time

Ya I don't want the TV, the home phone or the mobile parts of the V.VIP all I want is the extra internet speed not sure why they are forcing people to buy that stuff

Probably because it is a soft launch aimed at a small number of customers at this stage. They will want to check how their network performs
