I pay for gig 1 fibre And I’m ment to be getting at least 50mbps upload speed and im only getting 10 on a wired connection, my download speed is almost perfect running at 980 mbps it’s just the upload I’m not happy with, any ways round this.
Post your power levels and network log from the Hub. Include the Pre and PostRS errors. Also setup a BQM here www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
In the meantime try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
