Upload speed slow

Hi,

In the last week or so my upload has been around 0.30, usually it is around 20. I have followed the more basic help tips like checking cables, testing speed via ethernet device and have now also done a full factory reset but the upload is still painfully slow. It is affecting my ability to work from home so hoping I can get some help on here as I cannot get in touch with Virgin through the usual methods, I expect it is a busy time. I have copied my router status info below as I have seen this done in other threads. If anyone can shine a light on potential fix I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
