This connection now seems to be getting worse, lots of lag spikes and games are getting unplayable. Engineer came out and line seemed ok but upload was still dropping in both router and modem only mode. Was asked to monitor it. Upload drops to about 10 mbps then increases and Engineer couldn’t explain it.
