Since I was upgraded from a Hub 3 to Hub 4 on my M500 package my upload seems to be dropping them picking up. Games are lagging as well
Starts off in the 30’s mbps drops to about 15 mbps before going back up to 35 - 36 mbps
Hub 4 is in modem only mode with a Asus RT-AX88U router

Welcome back to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.
I have just taken a look over your account and can see that there is a power level issue,
We are going to need to get an engineer out to come and put this right, I am going to pop you over a PM so that we can confirm your address!

This connection now seems to be getting worse, lots of lag spikes and games are getting unplayable. Engineer came out and line seemed ok but upload was still dropping in both router and modem only mode. Was asked to monitor it. Upload drops to about 10 mbps then increases and Engineer couldn’t explain it.
