Hello, For the last 2 week my internet upload speed has been dropping consistently and the ping spiking i used to get 21mb upload consistenly and now it is ranging anywhere from 3mbps to 14mbps. this is on a wired Connection, I have tried restarting the modem multiple times nothing seems to fix it and been checking the Area Service Status which has no problems in my area. Any help would be appreciated, Thankyou

You only have one upstream channel instead of four.
Do a factory default reset on the Hub, If that doesn't correct it you will need to phone it in as a fault.

Phone 150 and report the fault.

so i called 150 told them the issue and all they said was factory reset again and wait for it to get better, I told them i had already done this but they didnt seem to care very much.

Hello, Thanks for the response but the problem seems to be solved now, An engineer came this morning after calling 150 a few times and the internet seems stable for now.
