Upgraded to Vivid 350 still getting 200

Renewed my contract this evening and upgraded to Vivid 350. After numerous reboots I’m still only getting 200. 

I have checked the logs and it shows I’m still provisioned for 200. 

Can a member of the forum team take a look and check the provisioning of my account.

I really don’t want to have to call retentions after such a poor experience.

Looks like the upgrade hasn't been applied.  Did you reboot the Hub - if not do so and check again?  If its still on the 200 then its probably a simple mistake - they do sometimes "forget" or can input the data with a "digit error" - human nature!  Just call them back and tell them you haven't been upgraded to 350 yet as per the config file data -  and they should just do it again - it should be no big deal as long as they can see you have signed up for it.
