Looks like the upgrade hasn't been applied. Did you reboot the Hub - if not do so and check again? If its still on the 200 then its probably a simple mistake - they do sometimes "forget" or can input the data with a "digit error" - human nature! Just call them back and tell them you haven't been upgraded to 350 yet as per the config file data - and they should just do it again - it should be no big deal as long as they can see you have signed up for it.
