Upgraded to Ultimate Volt 1GB but stuck on old speeds!

Evening all, 

 

Upgraded to Ultimate Volt 1GB this week and received the hub 4 today. No issues apart from being stuck on my old broadband speed of 350.

Any way I can 'force' through to get near the advertised speeds?

 

Any help appreciated.

Check the Primary Downstream Service Flow in the Hubs configuration tab and post what is set to here.

Yes that’s correct for 1GB so the issue lies elsewhere.  
Are you testing speed wired directly to the Hub?

I am yeah, hard wired straight into the hub. Speed from samknows

Ouch, something is amiss.  Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log please, just copy and paste.

Also you should setup a BQM to record the performance of your circuit.   www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Thank you for reaching back out to us, sorry to see you aren't seeing your upgrade, I was able to locate your account with the details we have for you and it looks like the change hasn't quite completed our side which looks like a portioning issue, I have sent some signals, please reboot the Router your end, unplug from the wall leave 2 Minutes then plug back in?
