I upgraded from m350 to the 1gb broadband on Monday but cannot get any speeds over 557mbps 😞 I’ve rebooted the hub 4 & even reset the hub to factory settings but it doesn’t make any difference

Boot PC in safe mode with networking (F8 on boot up) and do a speed test by wire.

I don’t have a device that uses Ethernet only wifi  so can’t check ,

you are best to try a wired connection but am surprised legacy did not spot the obvious - your downstream levels are too high - +10 is max and you are outside those - if you did a hub change was there an attenuator on the old hub - a small barrel shaped device that would have been between the incoming coax and the old hub

if you have that fit it it will lower the downstream levels - if not wait for VM to get to the thread they will book a tech
