Upgraded but no change in speed

I upgraded to the M500 package last week and since then I've been getting speeds around 250 max which is what I was getting before the upgrade.

I've tried ethernet and wifi, with me getting even lower speeds when hardwired.

I'm using the superhub 3 which has been hard reset and still no improvement.
