Upgrade speed online - issues

I'd like to upgrade our broadband package. All the advice on the website tells me I should do it online. However, when I try to do this it I get a message telling me I can't upgrade my package online. Online chat refers me back to upgrading online. Any ideas?!

Try calling “Retentions” on 150 or 0345 454 1111 - options 1-1-4-4 "Thinking of leaving" - call at 08.00, when you have the best chance of getting through to the UK call centre who will help.
