Upgrade is worse than previous service

We were on the 100 mb service and recently renegotiated a 200 mb upgrade. Since then, we've had less than 50 mb even via wired devices. Can't get through to virgin media, what do we do next?

Tried re-starts, resetting the modem and screaming at the modem, but nothing works.

login to the hub 192.168.100.1 go to router status > Operation Configuration and look for Max Traffic Rate

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forums.  Sorry to hear that you have been having connectivity issues. How has the service been since your post?

Can you tell us a bit more about your home set up? Are you using any VPN services or bespoke equipment like your own router or switch? Does your Ethernet connections support more than 100Mb?

Can you try putting the hub in modem mode and running a speed test on a single wired connection for us?
