Hi guys,

upgraded from 50mb to 125 and I still on 50 mb. I've been trying to contact virgin since yesterday, but, anyway...is there something that I'm missing here? Nearly two days since my broadband upgrade and nothing happens..

Cheers

Whenever the service speed has changed for us ( Vivid 100 >> M100 >> M125 )
our Hub 3 has always needed a Reboot to pick up the change.

For the last update to M125, the Hub began to operate at M125
and the Virgin Media account took several days to catch up.

After a Reboot have a look at the Hubs configuration M125 looks like this :-

Are you testing speeds on wifi or on ethernet cable connected devices?

If wifi are you on the 5GHz band - or the 2.4 GHz one - which will always give lower speeds
