Upgrade M300 to M600 Speed slow

I had an upgrade from M300 (hub3) to M600 (hub4).

Since the upgrade the speed has been very slow.

Called Virgin support several times. Had a technician who swapped the hub.

Still the same issue. Wired speed 179mbs - 280MBS

Wireless - 220mbs -  280mbs

Any help please

This is still not fixed. I have really given up now.

Is it possible to run a speed test via a Cat 6 Ethernet cable, and with the hub in modem mode?

This will at least tell us what speed we have going into your property to the router.

I went ahead and put the Hun4 into Modem mode and all I get from the ethernet is Unidentified Network.

The ping I get is 192.168.0.241 Destination host unreachable.

I am pinging 192.168.100.1. I also tried 192.168.0.1.

I have also tried powering off the hub and also restarting my laptop.

I have also tried a diffirent cable and also the ports on the hub.

Nothing works.

Thank you for coming back to us, are you able to run a test Via Sam Knows Real Speed, this will show exactly what is hitting the Router, if it is as expected then we know it isn't a Router issue?
