Update on F004370024 please

Can someone from VM confirm this fault will be investigated at the end of March 2017.

My internet speeds are still appalling in the evening! 8mbs on a 100mbs line.

It will be reviewed - it always will be reviewed.

Fixed? No one knows - likely not.

Re: Update on F004370024 please

They will look to see if they have the necessary parts to the jigsaw, if they don't it's another date. Nothing too complex to review really just seeing if they have all the gear/network engineer slots/ permissions etc.

Re: Update on F004370024 please

Hi hooper35,

Thanks for posting on the community.

I've taken a look at fault ticket F004370024 and the review date is still showing as 29th March.

You can post back here nearer the date and we can check it again for further updates.

Apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused.

Regards

Sam

Come on now hooper35 there are enough posts on these forums and also you're own thread to tell you that the 29th March is simply the date they will give you another date 2, 3 or even 4 months in to the future.

Just look at how I have been waiting since December 2014 for them to actually make my broadband acceptable to even use at peak times, also take note how many so called review dates I have been give......

People need to wake up and smell the coffee in fact I personally think everyone that suffers from this over selling / over utilisation should get together and contact governing bodies / BBC Watchdog together perhaps then someone might listen....

Re: Update on F004370024 please

There was me thinking a it of pressure would help but a few days after I wrote, I got the following which delays the REVIEW DATE by another 3 months. Crazy.

Do you know the email adderss of the regulator? Do you know of a class action suit that we could join? If not, I wonder if we start a petition; see how many people join in.

btw, I do know VM will allow us to leave with no penalties - the main challenge is that VM (if reliable) would be better than FTTC.

As a note VM are FTTC. They ain't FTTP.
