Update On F003443743 Stevenage SG1 Please.

Yeah, I know, a bit early to ask, but with the VM response times, I'd better post now for a reply.

Brace yourself Pete, brace yourself. Smiley Happy

I bet that if I put my IP address up, or spelt testes with a B, I'd get a reply as quick as blink. Smiley Happy

Re: Update On F003443743 Stevenage SG1 Please.

I'll quote myself:

"It's a shame that VM don't provide a service that you can check yourself. Simply sign into your account, type in the fault reference number and instant update.

Instead, you have to ask for an update here and then, so long as your post isn't missed, a member of the forum team will get back to you in 3-5 days. Nothing could be simpler, could it.

Did I say "shame"? Perhaps I meant sham ..."

Anyone would think that VM was doing me a favour by replying. Smiley Happy

They are. In fact, we should be paying them for the fastest UK broadband speeds — that we don't actually receive — just so that we get the privilege of saying we get "up to" those speeds. That would be cool ... Oh, hang on a minute ... we're already doing that, aren't we.

"Oh well, as you've managed to credit my account in the past with no problems, and I can't remember what ever password that you're on about, just don't bother. I'm more interested as to my new review date. The paltry £7.50 per month that you give me back isn't worth me trying to remember some long lost password." Smiley Wink
