Unstable Speeds After Upgrade

Hi All,
I upgraded from the 350 package to the 1gig package yesterday. Installation went fine but the speeds i'm getting are quite erratic.

Yesterday i was able to test with the Sam Knows speed test, the average result was between 300 and 500, with the speed to the computer hitting 945 consistently so this doesn't seem to be an issue with the device i'm using to connect to the router.

I'm using the Hub 4 in router mode, hard wired via Ethernet.

Currently the speeds are hitting from anywhere as low as 100 and as high as 700 but it's really inconsistent.

I've hard reset the router multiple times, each time producing roughly the same result. Below is a screenshot of my latest test. I have also tried connecting via Wi-Fi and using my Pixel 6, speed over Wi-fi is equally as erratic.

I can see that the new package has been applied as my max traffic rate is set to 1230000450

Your DOCSIS 3.1 channel appears to be low on power, however still, just, in spec (-6 to +10dBmV) , however having 'Uncorrectables' is unusual.

How's the upstream?

Below are the upstream readings. What's the usual process for getting "Uncorrectables" rectified? Thanks for taking a look.

Your upstream power levels are very high, which might not be helping the downstream.

You need VM to investigate further, probably with an engineer visit to adjust the power levels at the cabinet.

Perfect, logged a call with Virgin this morning who have escalated it to the level 2 team, just got to wait for the call back. Thanks for your help so far.
