Switched to 350MB but just getting 87 on speedtest?

I've noticed the up speed increase dramaticaly to 30-35MB but download has dropped from 97 to 87 on the new box???

sounds like your not testing your speed properly, how are you conducting your test and what device are you using?

I am sorry to see that your speed is not reaching what is expected.

Please can you do a speed test on both your wired and wireless connection? Let me see what each one shows.
