I upgraded from 500Mbps to 1 Gig and speeds never have change. I have factory reset it several times, numerous call to customer support without any success. Im measuring speed with a ethernet cable (cat6) connected directly to HUB4. See below hub config and network values. No one in customer supports seems to understand or know how to fix this issue. Speed are tops 400mbps. NEED HELP!

Wired or WiFi? 400 on WiFi is about right for some devices.
The stats all look okay btw.

OP says ethernet. All the stats look good.

Wired as stated above with a cat6 ethernet cable. Im expecting to see at least 800Mbps wired in my computer which is reasonable for 1gig connection instead of 400

Good Afternoon @auile17, thanks for your posts on our Community Forums and a very warm welcome to you!
Have you been able to perform anymore speed tests since your most recent post? If so, are you seeing a speed that resembles the speed you're subscribing to?
Kindest regards,
