SuperHub 2ac hardly connecting at all to wifi

We should be receiving 200 Mbps. Instead download is rarely above 3.71 and upload 11.90. I rang the Virgin support number, had a long conversation with India I think, and no help at all. I'm receiving emails sent before 10am this morning at 4pm this afternoon and working is so difficult under these circumstances. Wish I knew what to do. Followed all the advice on the website to no avail.

You done the pinhole reset to factory settings ?
Have you checked on an ethernet cabled device to see whether that is giving full speed?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, the hub has been reset and rebooted, pleaded with and nurtured!! The ethernet cable worked wonders until about a week ago on my big, powerful iMac. Bought a new one two days ago, just in case. Made no difference (Cat 6 in case you're wondering).

Have you tried shifting to the other network -- 5GHz & 2.4GHz -- and see if will connect better on the other one?

Are you using Chrome by any chance? If so see this similar issue from an iMac user that was resolved by using Safari. Have you tried different browsers ?

Posting some basic diagnostic info may help.

Navigate to the hub's GUI using http://192.168.0.1
Don't log in, click the Router Status button
Copy \ Paste the Downstream, Upstream, and Network Logs.

Don't worry about the formatting, but do obscure personal information like your WAN IP address.

you have problems on the downstream - pre and post rs errors are awful as are the RxMER levels - you can check the coax connections are tight to the hub - if all is good then you need a tech to sort that - wait for VM to pick the thread up they should sort something
