Recent upgrade to M350. Upload now faster (36Mbps) but download capped to previous speed under M100 (90Mbps). This is after resetting the modem (hub 3) and connecting by ethernet cable.

I found a link to run Realspeed but the error message said "The is not available on this network" (or words to the same effect).

How odd.
The real speed link : https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/ worked just now from the PC's Edge + Firefox browsers & from Chrome on an Android mobile.
I've seen the occasional error relating to not finding the HUB, a retry normally soon clears that.
The expectation is that the test is run via a device connected to the internet Virgin Media Hub in our case it works directly connected or via of our 2x WiFi access points.
We are using the Hub3 in Router mode, I have not tried with the Hub in Modem mode.
