Are you testing speeds on wifi or on an ethernet cable connected laptop/computer?

If wifi - try on ethernet

Hello ste2216

It's disappointing to hear of the broadband speed issues you're experiencing and certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

From checking the account, connection and equipment everything appears to be within the levels and the spec's we'd expect to see. We can also see that the Hub has been reboot recently. Has this helped with the speeds?

We have these tips available to help with broadband issues:

Thanks
