Hi there @nigelscoffield2, thanks for coming back to let us know this still isn't working.
I have checked our system and I can see there is no active SNR outage showing now.
Have you rebooted your hub recently to see if this helps? We would always advise to do a reboot when an outage has been resolved. You can also run a fault test with the hub here to see if this helps.
