Are you using a vpn? Is the hub in modem mode?

The sam knows realspeed test doesn't work on the M100 connections

You can use this link instead https://speedtest.samknows.com/ 

I find the Ookla app  is more reliable for your PC than the web based test

https://www.speedtest.net/apps/windows

Wired or wireless?  VM do not guarantee WiFi speeds. You need to test with a direct wired connection to the Hub.

yup you need to test by wire if by wireless and you think you can do better get your own wifi router with 1Gb ports and use hub in modem mode.

As you can see we usually get much higher speeds but has dropped recently ,
