Speed, power levels, RS errors engineer required?

In my previous thread I talked about serious speed issues, that seemed to resolve themselves.
I don't get the sudden drops, but the connection doesn't seem right, delays loading pages, Amazon streaming going to SD quality & worse.

Power levels are worse than last time & I now get more Pre RS errors. I've read the sticky about power levels & mine do look high on some channels.
I've also set up a BQM which looks quite erratic.
Engineer required do you think?

Yes, I'd say you could do with an engineer visit - power levels are not quite as straightforward as it might seem but it your case it wouldn't harm to ideally move your connection in the street cabinet or fit an attenuator to drop the levels down a bit.

What's the upstream power levels like?

Upstream looked OK...

By way of an update an engineer has been today & thrown an attenuator in, levels looking a lot better now.
