Speed issues

What appears to be a common theme, I’m not getting the advertised speeds I Should be getting.

I should be getting 350, although sometimes I’m lucky to get into 3 figures

Ive gone through all the self help stuff, reset the router etc and as requested attached are the Downstream, Upstream and Network log

Can anyone help??

Do you get full speed on wired devices?

Yes, I have. 

ive linked up my laptop directly and still the speeds are down/intermittent

Ok.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

We can have a look for any oddities in the stats.

Your upstream power levels are very high:

The HUB 3 reports a decimal out so the above values are actually 51 dBmV.
