I wonder if anyone can help? I am paying for 200mb broadband speed, but at the minute even when connected directly to the router the speed is fluctuating between 8mb and 40mb. I have contacted the tech help 3/4 times now, in which I was sent a new router and nothing has changed, so after more frustrating phone calls I find myself nowhere moving forward to a solution.
