Se have logged a few support calls with VM Business regarding this. The latest today and last back in September (which came to nothing).
We are on 300MB/s business package which we upgraded to back in around July as prior to that we were on a legacy package.
Since then we have been experiencing lagging internet.
Speed tests reveal we are somewhere between 60 and 95 MB/s depending. This is on a fully wired connection on new windows and Apple machines.
With us running 6 machines and using the internet for work all day everyday and VOIP phones speed is important. This is becoming very painful.
Done normal things like rebooting router and computers too but no joy.
