Since I've got virgin it's no better than my previous package with plus net, I was paying for 60mb getting around 45mb with virgin I'm paying for 350mb and downloads on a hardwired xbox 30cm from the router is only downloading at 53mb or below, been like this since the start and just get the usual excuses or have you tried this, wouldn't recommend virgin to anyone I know ,

If you reboot the Hub, you'll most likely find that this can improve WiFi connection. Turn the Hub's power off at the wall, then check all the Hub's cabl es are firmly connected – including the power cable and the white cable. Turn the power back on and wait for 5–10 minutes while the Hub starts up again. Arise Portal Sign In
